John F. DiBari
Chief Executive Officer
John F. DiBari is the founder and CEO of Datacom Technology Group Inc.
A Vietnam veteran, Mr. Di Bari's background includes working for several years at General Employment Enterprises, rapidly moving up the ranks. As General Manager for their NY and Philadelphia IT and Engineering search divisions, John was very adept in creating productive and profitable businesses for the firm.
In 1972 Mr. Di Bari founded Datacom Recruiters Inc. as a recruitment agency for information technology professionals.
Through the years, the business grew and, to reflect the additional service divisions, the name was changed to Datacom Technology Group Inc.
Currently, Mr. Di Bari maintains a “hands-on” approach to the daily operation of the business, bringing his direct experience and knowledge to DTG's family of companies.
Erik Tomasi
Chief Operating Officer
An IT Executive with over 20 years of diversified experience in all aspects of Information Technology with established companies and start-ups he is known for reducing costs while enhancing efficiency. With a proven track record of innovation and success in aligning business needs with effective technology solutions he maintains strong managerial, technical, and communication skills with extensive financial management experience.
Mr. Tomasi's career includes serving as Americas CIO for Hermes of Paris, working as Vice President, and US IT Director for Ironshore Services Inc. At White Mountains Re Services, as Vice President and Chief Information Officer he managed all information systems and telecommunication.
Mr. Tomasi received an MBA in Finance from New York University, Stern School of Business in 1995 and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). His affiliations include: Member of the Society for Information Management (SIM); Member of the Technology Executives Networking Group (TENG); Advisory Board Arxscan, Eccome, and VirtuDesk and is an Adjunct Professor at Baruch College - Project Management, eBusiness & Information Security.
Richard Andretta
Vice President, NJ Region
With almost 40 years of dedicated service to DTG, Richard Andretta is a major contributor to the company's success. In his current role as Vice President, New Jersey Region, Richard runs the New Jersey division of DTG.
Mr. Andretta's expertise lies in his ability to instantly build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. His clientele includes a long list of well-recognized national companies in the banking/brokerage and financial services markets. The extensive network of candidates that he has built over the years helps him to service those clients through strong, qualified referrals.
Graduating from the University of Kentucky with degrees in Education and History, Mr. Andretta spent the next two years as a social worker before coming to DTG in 1973
