Ms. Mclane’s recruitment experience includes years of healthcare recruiting both as an agency recruiter and as an in-house human resources recruiter for one of the nation’s leading pediatric hospitals.

Wendi offers a refreshingly pleasant yet candid recruitment style which allows her to build exceptional relationships with her candidates and her clients. She has developed a diverse network of healthcare professionals and clients through referrals of past and present partnerships.

Prior to becoming a recruiter, Wendi worked in the broadcasting industry both behind the scenes and on the frontlines for both radio and television. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Communications.
